If you will be unable to meet the February 1st deadline, please contact Amanda Nichols as soon as possible ( Note that if you plan to attend the banquet or have boxed lunches provided, you will need to pay for that at the time of registration. If you have already registered, and forgot to include the banquet or lunch, and would like to do that at this time, please email me before February 1st. Please also make sure that you are a member in good standing with the ISSRNC as soon as possible, and by March 1st at the very latest. We are aware that PayPal is not available in some countries.  If you are having difficulties, please contact Mark Peterson, President-Elect ( and CC Kristina Tiedje, Treasurer ( — we will find a way!

Other Specific Updates:

  • If you have not already, please let us know as soon as possible if you will be unable to attend.
  • If you are a panel organizer, please make sure to be in touch with your panelists. We need your help making sure everyone has access to information and updates.
  • For those who have organized pre-arranged panels, please be aware that most sessions will run for 90 minutes. Most presentations will run 20 minutes, though we anticipate some sessions with shorter presentations as well; our priority is to maximize discussion and the exchange of ideas.
