Devin Zuber

Devin Zuber is associate professor of American Studies, Religion, and Literature at the Graduate Theological Union (GTU) in Berkeley, California, where he serves as core doctoral faculty in the Department for Historical and Cultural Studies. Much of his publishing and teaching interests concern ecocriticism, environmental aesthetics, and the relation between religion and literature. A new monograph, “A Language of Things: Swedenborg and the American Environmental Imagination” is forthcoming with University of Virginia Press; other recent publications include “Death is Waking Up: A Conversation with Marina Abramovic” and various essays on Don DeLillo, William Blake, and environmental literature.
